NONN’S PRESENTS THE 2017 PARADE OF HOMES: Tour of 22 Brand New Homes in Three Subdivisions
WAUKESHA, Wisc. — August 9, 2017 – This year, Nonn’s is proud to be presenting the MBA Parade of Homes. The tour kicks off this Saturday, August 12 and runs through Labor Day, September 4, 2017.
Twenty-two brand new homes from 18 of southeastern Wisconsin’s top homebuilders will be showcased in three subdivisions – Fox Meadow in Menomonee Falls, Highlander Estates in Mequon, and Four Winds West in the Village of Hartland.
The three Parade of Homes subdivisions will feature brand new homes showcasing some of Nonn’s newest products including stainless-steel appliances, flooring, granite and quartz countertops and custom-cut cabinets. The homes will also feature the latest trends including smart home technology, complete gourmet kitchens, and finished lower levels with game rooms and wet bars. The homes range from 2,100 to 7,100 square feet in a combination of two-story and ranches allowing visitors to see a variety of home designs.
“The MBA Parade of Homes gives the public a chance to view 22 brand new homes with the latest designs and upcoming decorating trends,” said Kristine Hillmer, MBA Executive Director. “It’s the perfect opportunity for visitors to get unique ideas for building a new home, or remodeling their current home.”
More than 35,000 visitors are expected to tour the homes over the course of the three-week event. Visitors interested in building or buying a new home, remodeling, or gathering ideas for home improvement projects will have the opportunity to interact with the area’s top experts in the field.
Tickets for the 2017 MBA Parade of Homes allow entry into each of the three subdivisions once. They are available at Parade entrances for $12 for adults, and $6 for seniors (65+) and children (ages 3-12); children under 3 are free. Online adult tickets are available at a discounted price of $10 at MBAparadeofhomes.com or at advance ticket locations, listed online.
Event hours are Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., weekends and Labor Day from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Special events and promotions will be held throughout the event, including a food drive, 2 for 1 Days, Realtor Days, Home Show Days, Social Media Days and Military Appreciation Days.
